Grid of employer logos that we work with

At Creating Tomorrow, we know that preparing young people for successful futures takes collaboration, and we are incredibly proud to work alongside a growing network of passionate and inclusive employer partners who share this vision.

From offering workplace visits, mentoring, and internships to supporting curriculum delivery and helping us shape inclusive employment practices, these organisations play a vital role in giving our learners real-world insight, experience, and confidence.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to every employer who has opened their doors, shared their time, and believed in the potential of our young people. Your commitment is not only changing lives, it’s shaping the workforce of tomorrow.

Together, we’re building a future that works for everyone.

Support young people's futures

At primary school, it’s about curiosity and aspiration. Children begin to explore the world around them, recognise different roles in their community, and develop early skills like teamwork, communication, and confidence. For children with additional needs, starting early is particularly powerful; it helps break down barriers, raise aspirations, and build a positive sense of what’s possible.

Building awareness and confidence

In secondary school, learners develop a stronger understanding of themselves and the world of work. They gain experience, confidence, and awareness of different pathways, preparing them to make informed choices about their futures.

Exploring options and making choices

By post-16, learning becomes personalised around each learner’s interests, strengths, and ambitions. They can engage in pre-employment programmes, vocational experiences, and practical learning that help them prepare for life beyond school. Throughout this journey, learners develop motivation, resilience, and essential life skills that are often assumed but need to be taught and supported.

Extended opportunities in SEND education

For learners with an EHCP, education can continue until 25, allowing extra time to develop, explore, and make key life decisions with the right support. This flexibility ensures that every learner progresses at the right pace, achieving the best outcomes for them.

Employers can make a difference

Your engagement can inspire, open doors, and provide real-life experience for young people at every stage of their journey. Whether through work placements, mentoring, or industry projects, your involvement helps learners build confidence, explore pathways, and prepare for the future workforce.

Together, we can create tomorrow

If you would like to join this growing network of employers, please don't hesitate to reach out. We would love to hear from you.
